The cuisine is rich in the flavors of Provence. Vegetables, aromatic herbs and fruits are grown in the monastery’s garden and picked daily. Our chef, Christophe, interpretes the mediterranean flavours with a creative touch, for the pleasure of your palate.

Dining is at a long table on the terrace, and for special events in the cloister, the interior courtyard or the gardens. Vegetarian cuisine is available on request.
